March Stamp Club
This month for our stamp club exchange the theme was "Spring." We came up with some cute cards I think!

Stamp Camp
Here are some cards that I made at a stampin camp I went to with some friends of mine . . . . .
And this new punch set was fun to use also.
Above is a Stampin Up die cut set.
On the above card, we used a stamp set from the mini catalog which is expiring this month. I didn't even take a second glance at the set thinking I wouldn't like it. This is a cute card though. I'm taking a second glance now!

Stampin' Storm
Since becoming a Stampin' Up! demonstrator, I have gotten a lot of new stamps. I've been itching to try them! While waiting for this next snow storm to come through I decided to dabble a little with my new stuff. I'm a little disgusted with my scanner (cards just don't look as nice as they do in person) so I thought I'd take pictures with the camera and post them . . . BUT . . . I'm going to have to learn how to take good pictures, because the REAL color below is a nice vibrant pink color. . . . (If any of you have tips to take better pictures, let me know!) Oh well! I still like the outcome . . . .
The hearts on the tree "pop-up" . . . . I've had this set a while . . . . but the punched border is new!

Fun!!!

February Card Club
This month I demonstrated the "faux metal" technic. Click the link for instructions. I don't really like how this scanned . . . but OH WELL! This is a fun technic to play around with! The trees below use this technic with silver and clear embossing powder.
Another "faux metal" card I made. . . . .
Another "faux metal" card I made. . . . .
The theme for the exchange this month was "circles."
Here is my card. It is a gift card holder. (masculine!) You can see the "faux metal" for the pom pom on top of the beeny hat.
Here is another beeny hat gift card holder that I made.
Flipped open with the gift card in it . . . . .

January Card Club
Oh MY!!!! I've gone CRAZY! I took over the responsiblity of demonstrating at card club . . . . . in other words, I am now a Stampin up! distributor. Fresh and new . . . . haven't even recieved the kit yet, which I'm waiting on pins and needles for. I can't believe it, but it has been so fun for me. I loved coming up with ideas for the club this month, and my mind is full of ideas for next month. Where to begin!!!!!???? I even dreamt cards last night, and I needed sleep after a 2 hour dentist appointment that was a killer and drained all of my energy away . . . . (jaw still hurts).
Any who . . . . . There were some awesome cards made by some awesome ladies, we had 8 come to the first card club, and hopefully they and more will keep coming . . . . .
This was the card I demonstrated. It is a shaker card. Do you see the heart and buttons, there is a thin plastic pop-up layer here, and you "shake" the card and the hearts and buttons are free to move around. We used heat and stick powder and glitter for the "frame" of the shaker, and an unmentionable product to make the dry embossing on the background. The theme for this month was Love or Valentines day . . . . ..

I also made this card, it was the "card exchange" card. We all make several cards to exchange with each other.

I was so happy to see Bobby again at stamp club, here is her "cute as a bug" card. Yes!, the pun was intended!

Renee's very creative and full of "bling" card.

Jocelyn's card, they are all wonderful, are they not?
LeeAnn's

Terri's
Roz's
Salena's

Next month . . . . . LeeAnn's house . . . . first Tuesday of the month . . . . . 7:30. I have new guidelines for the club that are more "inclusive."I put some thought into them, if you are interested let me know . . . . . ROZ was a great hostess, and earned quite a few free goodies! Sale-a-bration months are great!

This month in card club we are doing, guess what? Halloween themed cards. . . . does anyone send Halloween cards . . . . . I don't. But here they are. I found a scrapbook paper filled with Halloween characters, cut it up and pieced together these cards. I think they are kind of fun! Note: My scanner wouldn't scan orange. So the red in the purple cards are actually orange. I changed the hue on the orange cards to get the more proper color, but I'm not practiced in manipulating these things . . . . . so they don't match . . . . the deeper orange colors are most like the original cards.
