I hadn't done anything with scallops and kept noticing them on other cards and thought they were really cute so I decided to create a couple of cards using them. This is the first time I have come up with the background before knowing what I was going to do on the card. I like the results. I made the scallops with the creative memory circle cutting tool. If there is a better way. . . I'd sure like to know it . . . .
